out of nowhere we just got 10 last week and 15 this week all UPS ground saver, There are adding $5-9 more after you ship in your adjustment log, I have been emailing and sent pictures of each box showing dims, and still nothing

we still have to use ups.com and hate it,20-30 a day copy paste repeat DId you have software before SS that you got to work?

I heard that , now that SS offers these new lower rates via there UPS account , they do not want to offer simple rate as it will eat away at the other SS UPS account volume where they probably get 5-10% cut profit and with simple rate they wont make ...

nothing yet, my rep says shes working on it, and shs horrible, takes 2 weeks to repond to a email
