Big Commerce sends store credit info for orders, but Ship Station has
not integrated this field into their system. This results in customers

It gets worse, I'm afraid. SS also doesn't recognize coupons. I have not
found any workarounds and have resorted to printing the invoices in BC.
SS needs to fix this problem. BC sends the info but SS ignores it.
