The filter tab displays tabs all the way across the screen, so we have to scroll far right to close a filter. Old layout worked fine. Just another horrible user experience with this new layout. Please fix.

We hve products with default packagin options. The packaging option shows but we have to go in and click on the packaging option to get pricing information. This kind of defeats the benefit of having the default packaging option to save us time.

How does ship station sort the shipped orders screen? It the previous version the most recently shipped orders would appear at the top. Now all orders from the day are sorted in random order.

after an order is shipped, we used to be able to change the shipping method, weight and box size so we can see that our employees shipped the order with the best carrier. Now we cant do that. annoying thing # 237 about the new version of ship station...
