I opened a support request on June 14 for this exact issue. Today is
August 23 and the problem continues within our account. Support
continues to say, "we are escalating this to get resolution" but nothing

What is the quote from your programmer to make this happen? I'd consider
investing and then marketing an integration solution to other users of
ShipStation in the SPEEDEE states....
Please contact SpeeDee Delivery in Minnesota and set up some integration
with them. They are pretty big, they cover lots of states, like 9 I
think. It would make my life so much easier!
