Two Requests to improve ShipStation for Importing We import files many times a day into ShipStation.The import process could be faster if a couple of things could be defined as the default. 1. Import FileWe always create a CSV file with the same name and in the same folder.To make it easier for the user, we created a special folder which only contains the CSV file.It would be faster if we could define the folder and file name as a default.Or at least ShipStation could remember the last time the last folder/file name and allow this to be the starting value. 2. MappingThe default is "Create a New Mapping".Can we change the default to be "Use a Saved Mapping"?Or similar to 1., if ShipStation could remember the last import and repeat the values.Thanks,Barry GoldsteinGoldRayWeb

I think it would be really useful to have an processing orders tab  I own a printing company and we use the shipping label / Packaging slip as a works order to create the products. Currently we need to ship the item before its even made in order to get the combined shipping label and packaging slip. We do this to save on printing and paper usage and to stop new orders appearing between the printing which would get missed.  If we had an processing orders tab we could mark all orders we are currently creating as processing before they are marked as shipped which would allow them to be removed from the awaiting shipping tab.   It seems as if this is a logical step, other order management systems have this in place and I think it would cater for a lot of companies that operate like we do. 

Hello. On the old layout, you could easily collapse the menu on the left to allow more screen room.  On the new layout version, this is not possible.  Can you add this feature?

Hello I recently did a third party fulfillment for a client, and we shipped out nearly 800 packages over the course of a little over a week. While I understand that there are better ways to go about the organization of the fulfillment than what we did (we should have had our client in their own store; we should have had all the orders printed on the same day; etc.) this just wasn't the case this time.What happened was we printed almost 500 labels on a Wednesday, we printed the rest of the labels the next day, but cancelled the international labels and re-processed the international labels the following week. During this time, a separate client had one order get mixed into this store that we had set up for this fulfillment. When the time came to run a report of shipping costs for the client, I could run a Shipping Manifest Report for the specific "Ship From" location, but I couldn't do it for a period of time longer than one day - just one day at a time.
