Our site allows customers to request an RMA. When we approve an RMA request, I want to automatically create the return label and email it to the customer via the API.

Allow to create a return label by order id that has non-voided shipments tied to it via the API. I use a frontend custom app for ShipStation and this would make me focus my system on order management and keep ShipStations frontend for doing actual shipping since it's not focused on order management.

As title states just the ability to use the "create return" feature within the API to create return labels for orders.

This feature would be very useful to our company as well. We have integrated our CRM with ShipStation to process USPS, UPS, and FedEx orders through the API. All of our work is done in the CRM, and we would like to create Return Labels without having to login to ShipStation.

You guys currently have "Include a return label with the outgoing shipping label " in your dashboard UI. I would like to request that as part of this API update. We use USPS "pay-on-use" return labels, which is the main reason we went with ShipStation as our provider.

We would love this feature as well -- it would allow us to further automate the returns process by automatically generating and sending a return label to a customer, right from our customer service tool. This would be a great addition to the API.

Team VOYO would absolutely love this as a feature of the API - EVEN FURTHER, we could use RMA status (created, in transit, received) with API.

We are trying to facilitate self-service returns on our site. We currently offer free return shipping and have a high enough shipping volume that having users "requesting a return" having that manually handled by customer service is unfortunately untenable. Being able to generate the RMA label programmatically would allow us to make the process fully automated delivering a great user experience to our customers and saving a lot of customer service time just pushing buttons. We started with, and wish to continue with ShipStation being the authority on the status of our shipments, but as our processes scale, the ability to automate is critical. Would not want a reason like a missing endpoint for functionality that exists in the interface to be why we "outgrow" ShipStation. I've liked to view ShipStation as something of a Square/Stripe for shipments, which has unlimited scaling potential - but the API is letting that view down at the moment.

It is a bit stupid that you did not factor this feature into your API. This is one reason we might consider retracting our implementation/integration with ShipStation because it did not fulfill the promise of automating the shipping process.

We strongly consider this a MUST HAVE FEATURE - and - my it looks like we may have to refactor our code to use a competitor's product should this not be on the roadmap in the near future.

Is there any movement on this? It is a vital component of any proper integration and I am surprised it hasn't been implemented yet.

We need this feature. If it is not added shortly, we will be forced to go with a competitor.

I'd like to have this ability from within the Zendesk app - all the customer data is stored in Zendesk - and have our customer service reps be able to generate a shipping label right there just by pressing a button.

This has been requested for a few years now, and it doesn't seem like a difficult thing to implement. When will this be added? Thanks!

The Branded Return Portal isn't configurable. This needs to be int he API ASAP.
