Issue with Shipstation not updating Shopify orders for Combined Orders.

When combining orders, if the same item also appears in other orders that are combined and shipped, Shipstation won't update those Shopify orders with a tracking number and mark them as shipped. What should we do now, Shipstation? Thanks.
