Add a column for package dimensions in orders/awaiting shipment

With USPS now requiring all package dimensions to be recorded in the manifest, there should be a column so we can see if we have entered the dimensions. Without the column, I have to go through each order to check. This is very time consuming when I have a lot of orders.
