Add a toggle to opt out of importing "Additional details" into shipstation from shopify

this field is mostly used by 3rd party apps as a dumping ground for semi-relevant data, but currently the shopify integration imports all of this alongside the “notes from customer” section.

 

the “notes from customer” section is very useful, and we always want this information to be imported and easy to read.

 

the “additional details” field is irrelevant, and when it has a large amount of data in, will drastically slow down the order import into shipstation, meaning shipping deadlines can be missed.

Hey firetoys, 

While there isn't a toggle visible in your account settings, our Support Team has a backend switch they can flip for your store called ignoreNoteAttributesOption. When we enable this, ShipStation will completely ignore the 'Additional Details' from Shopify, but will still import the genuine 'Notes from customer' exactly as you want.

Can you contact support and see if they are able to get that working on your account? I’ll pass your idea to our product team to see if we can have that option visible to users.
