Add ability to apply package presets to multi-package shipments

We make heavy use of the multi-package shipment feature, and while having the ability to quickly add the scale weight to the package is nice, it would be even nicer to be able to add the dimensions from a package preset as well. A large portion of our box sizes bump shipments into different rate tables, so we can't just leave these blank or else we'd get dozens of adjustment charges each week from our carriers.
