Add Feature please - labels created but not recieved by shipping company

Hi Team,
We have had a few incidents where a label was created, and then somehow got misplaced or package was stolen at the post office. We found out when a few customers complained that they never recieved their February shipment. Went into their account. Label created and marked ‘shipped’, but when I clicked on the tracking information it showed something like ‘waiting for item to be dropped off or recieved by shipper’. It would be good to have this in the reports so that we can identify if it is an employee error, or if the post office is experiencing theft, etc.
