Shipstation should have a handling fee field. We have no where to report this for international shipments.

I think this is a terrific idea! I'll move this over to our ideas section so that it can be voted on by other community members 🙂
I would like to see the ability to add a handling fee at the product detail level added as well. It is a significant problem, and Bigcommerce currently has no real solution.
Without handling being explicit, Shipinsurance will not refund it. I already provided screenshots to Shipinsurance of the handling that is added in shopify to the "shipping" amount, but those guys dont care, even though its there in black and white.
