Would it be possible to create a button in the Products > Customs section that allows us to upload a special document to that product that will be included in Electronic Trade Documents that are attached to the shipment?

I would like to add a +1 to this request. Specifically i would like to be able add a Manufacturers Declaration document that is submitted electronically when an international shipment is generated.
