Adjustment Notifications

When an adjustment occurs, we need to receive a notification inside ShipStation and/or by email. Each adjustment should be attached to each order number and tracking number. We should not have to dig through your archaic report system. If an adjustment occurs, we should be able to see it with a * or red highlight inside the shipments tab.

I can definitely see how this would make things easier for merchants and help improve visibility.
