I second the request. Please do add this. Also - there are many additional threads in your forums asking for this integration update.

Yes, This is a must, we are paying money to have this option now,

this is an easy fix if someone in shipstation with give a damm!@!@!@@!@!@!

We are not going to use your UPS service for amazon orders. so this is not an option, like your support suggested.

Need Engineering Escalation – Amazon Buy Shipping / UPS Ground Saver

Amazon officially states that UPS Ground Saver is available through Amazon Buy Shipping via Seller Central, Shipping API v2, and select multichannel shipping integrators. Amazon goes further and states that multichannel order-management software connected to its APIs may need to manually add UPS Ground Saver as a shipping method.

Amazon also has a separate support discussion where an Amazon representative confirms that their partner teams investigated reports of UPS Ground Saver not appearing and refers to the service being available in Buy Shipping as expected.

Most importantly, I found a discussion on ShipStation's own community specifically titled:

“Allow purchase of UPS Ground Saver Service through Amazon Buy Shipping.”

This appears to show that other ShipStation customers have encountered the same integration issue we are experiencing.

The issue appears to be whether ShipStation's Amazon Buy Shipping integration is properly exposing/mapping the Ground Saver service that Amazon makes available through Shipping API v2.

Could engineering please check:

1. Whether Amazon's Shipping API v2 is returning UPS Ground Saver to ShipStation for eligible orders.

2. Whether ShipStation is currently filtering or not displaying the UPS Ground Saver service returned by Amazon.

3. Whether ShipStation needs to manually add/map the UPS Ground Saver service code, as Amazon specifically indicates may be required for multichannel shipping software.

4. Whether Best Available Ground  can be mapped so Amazon Buy Shipping can automatically select UPS Ground Saver when it is the eligible/best service.

5. Whether something needs to be enabled on our ShipStation account to expose the complete Amazon Buy Shipping service list.

To be clear, we are **not asking to purchase UPS Ground Saver through our own UPS account**.

We want to purchase the label through Amazon Buy Shipping from within ShipStation, the same way we can purchase it directly in Seller Central. This keeps the shipment within Amazon Buy Shipping and provides the applicable Amazon Buy Shipping protections.

Since Amazon specifically documents UPS Ground Saver as being available through Shipping API v2 and select multichannel shipping integrators, I don't think the answer that “Amazon doesn't support it” addresses the actual issue.

Could someone please help get this in front of the appropriate engineering/integration person and have them review what Amazon is actually returning through the API and how ShipStation is mapping it?
