Allow Returns Portal to switch returns between first class and priority based on weight

When will the Returns Portal be fixed to automatically switch customer initiated returns between First Class and Priority based on the USPS Weight Limits? Customers have to contact us for any returns over the 16 oz. weight limit for First Class, unless we set all returns to Priority Mail. More than double the cost!
