Allow shipment of unpaid orders

This is a needed feature. I had had large orders that are on a net 7 manual invoice thru Shopify go unfulfilled  because the order was in a pending status and staff did not know to mark it as paid

Hi everyone, I found a workaround for this issue in Prestashop, need to work on this for Shopify.

In ShipStation, I edited the Store connection settings and set my Status of "Awaiting Outstanding Payment" in Prestashop as a "Paid" Status in ShipStation, then refreshed the page and it now allows labels to be created without having to mark the order as Paid, Hooray!

I also changed the Shipped Status in Prestashop so it does not automatically mark the Order as Paid when the Status is set to Shipped by the ShipStation workflow.

I hope this helps others out there.
