We send Shipping Notifications via our own system instead of ShipStation's built in shipping notification emails. We are looking for the ability to link to the branded tracking page. In order to do this we would need the ability to grab the link from ShipStation's API. Is there a way to do this currently? If not, I would like to request this feature. Thanks!

I would also be very much interested in this!

I was going to add this request until I found this post. This is exactly what we would be interested in. We are not keen on circumventing our own shipping notifications. And, since there are already API's between our systems with tracking information in it, it seems like having the option to include the branded tracking link should be a simple feature addition for SS to do.

Also, could you make the shipping status text available via the API? I'd like to implement a shipping status page on our back end to get a quick view of shipped package status.

Yes, please, would also like this very much!!

I would like this as well.... Ideally, I'd like for the customer to be able to log into their account on the website and be able to click onto the tracking of an order/subscription and see the branded tracking page. It would make sense for my customers to be able to log into the website and see the exact same shipping page as they get in the email.

Currently, our customers get the link from ShipStation with the UPS tracking URL back to our commerce "order status" page, and when clicked shows the unimpressive UPS tracking page. I really wish the URL we get from ShipStation would take our customers to the much nicer and modern branded tracking page w/US map etc. This would enhance the experience for our customers and as JResnick mentions, make the tracking experience more coherent.

Having come from using aftership they provide a code snippet so that we can have a tracking request form on our own websites. I know buyers would just have to go to the email to click link, but would be nice to have a way on our sites so that buyers can enter their tracking code and this would go to the branded tracking page upon submission

This would be an amazing addition, same use case. However, it would also be nice if the ShipStation passed back the url in additional parameters to stores, upon marking shipment complete.

We would be very interested in this as well.

Hello ! i would love to be able to have the option to include on my website a portal for my customer so that they can track their orders (just like to return portal) so that it eliminates the need for my customers to either email us or go through their emails to find their tracking link.

I was wondering if we could have a link to a generic link to a branded tracking page. I just use it as a link on my website so people can easily track their package. I have to use USPS's tracking page for now. Wish I could have it with ShipStation, it would provide a much cleaner feel.

Honestly, I can't even fathom why this is not already in place. Also, the custom page link needs to be available via the API shipment lookups and passed through plugins like Woo rather than just carrier and tracking number.

This is extremely important to us, as it is the main reason we switched from ShipRush to you guys! I saw the branded page after shopping with another online retailer, and wanted it for our business! PLEASE implement this capability!

Is there a way we can get an update on where you are in the reviewing process? The last update was October 2017. We would love to know if this is in the works! Thanks!

Having this feature would be awesome!

This is a very important feature. Like JResnick's use case, we'd like to be able to provide our users with a standard place to find their tracking information, particularly if they misplace the e-mail. It's pretty common for a user to be able to log in and find the tracking information for their orders on a vendor's website -- compare to major retailers like Amazon, Macy's, Kohl's, Nordstrom's, etc. (The latter three use a competitor, Narvar.)

It would be very handy and improve customer service to be able have a link on shopify order to shipstation branding page for tracking. This is a feature in aftership. Currently only way for customer to get branded tracking page is in an email.

The branded page was the critical feature in selecting ShipStation over other providers. And very disappointed to find out that you can't include the link on our branded tracking page. We currently use Aftership, and they provide a Widget button that by clicking it, the branded tracking page comes up. It can't be that difficult and right now, the inconsistent feel between the website tracking and the email shipstation tracking is very confusing. Not a consistent branded fell and customers are calling, also confused. It has to be consistent or customers today feel they have been hacked and the site is less secure. This is a Critical piece, and to be still sitting in review since last year....Shame on you guys!!!

Yes this would be a great feature. Was hoping to do it now but looks like you cant... bummed

We definitely need this so we can provide a coherent user experience. +1 from us!

This would valuable for us as well. We have to send notifications from our cart because of custom work, but would love to be able to utilize the branded tracking without sending double emails

This is a very cool idea and I would like to see it implemented, too!

I want this too! I want this too! I would like to see Branded Tracking Page and Returns Portal right as footer links on my Shopify footer. See my image. I'm with Kelsey. I have NO idea why it's not already implemented. Trackr, a cheaper app, Aftership, and Shipup have this implemented, but I'm very loyal to Shipstation, and Shipstation has the cleanest, best looking branded tracking page out there. I'd really really like to keep it to Shipstation and not download all this extraneous stuff.

'+2 votes. Absolutely needed. As I mentioned in another Feedback, there are other apps (Trackr, Shipup, Aftership) that provide API links we can put in our footers, but I don't want to install them when Shipstation has the cleanest, nicest looking branded tracking page out there. Plus I would also like to see the Returns Portal as an API backed link. I've written into Shipstation support a couple times urging them to implement this. Seems like something that should have been implemented already.

Has anyone looked into this recently? It has been years since the initial request. I am a new customer testing out Shipstation on a trial and I absolutely need the freedom of access to the branded tracking page links so I can create as easy flow for my consumers to go to their 'my orders' section and then click a particular order and then click track and see their direct branded tracking page. Any ETA? Thank you.
