Assign Orders to multiple users or User Groups, instead of individual users.

For example, I have two warehouses with 4 users in each. Why I can't assign an order to multiple users or a user group? Why are you only allowing to assign it to an individual user? If there is an option to assign an order to a user - there should be an option to do that to a group of users!!!
