Manual order splitting is a major barrier to scaling operations. We frequently face the dilemma of mixed orders—where in-stock items are held up by pre-orders—and forcing a customer to wait months for available products is a sure way to hurt retention. Relying on manual intervention or hoping customers place separate orders simply isn't a sustainable solution for growth.
