Would love to see an automation action that allows me to send shipment notifications to specific email addresses based on order tags or other criteria. Our use case is that we send samples out to certain customers and our sales team wants to receive tracking information when the shipments are sent. Obviously they don't want this notification for all orders, only for sample orders. Currently I can only control shipment notifications at the store level.
