Different sellers have different processing times, so it would be nice to be able to adjust the age at which an order goes to the panic red zone.

Yes please our production process takes 2 to 3 weeks. Would be great to not see all that red on the order page.

Agreed! My production time is also 2-3 weeks. It would be extremely helpful to be able to see at a glance when orders are actually reaching overdue status!

Agreed!

'+3 ! We would love this feature!

'+1 for this request :)

Agreed. Four days may be a long time for Amazon or eBay sellers, but as a manufacturer it isn't unusual for our orders to take a couple of weeks to fulfill. It would be helpful if I could manually set the color boundaries for different time lengths.

'+3 for this - like others here, our production time is around 2-3 weeks.

  • April 8, 2015
'+3 Agreed - my turnaround time is 5-8 business days, and seeing all red in my order list isn't helpful. This would be great! Thank you for the consideration.

As a custom manufacturer, our turnaround time is anywhere from 2-4 weeks. It would be great to be able to adjust the color coding for the "Age".

'+1 The bright colors are hard to ignore.

  • October 26, 2015
'+1 - We also have a varying order processing time. The ability to adjust the color based on our production time would be fantastic.

'+1 Also with different shipping times depending on the store

I'll chime in with this chorus! All my products are made to order and take from 1-4 weeks. It would be great to adjust when the colors go to red. My orders come in from my store with an estimated ship time, seems like Shipstation could take advantage of that information.

I will add to this the current timeframes do not help me.

  • October 19, 2017
Me too- our target is to ship within 7 days, because our products are hand made. It would be nice to be able to adjust the color settings.

  • January 17, 2018
I agree, our orders take 1-2 weeks to ship. It would be great to be able to customize when the number starts to turn red, I would absolutely utilize that feature. It would be helpful to see those color coded in a way that's accurate for our business.

We would definitely use this feature. We'd love to see it implemented.

This addition would be much appreciated so that the timing corresponds with our work flow as the items we make are custom. Thus we would like to add a couple days to the timer.

Here is another comment agreeing with this. I would like to change the time frame that it takes to turn red. I would also like to choose a time frame for Yellow. i.e. 1-3 days (0-72 hours) Green 4-5 days Yellow 5+ days Red

Why is this not a feature yet?

It's been 6+ years since this request was made and so many people have voiced their desire for it. What else do you guys need to develop this?

Please!!! Can we have rows of orders be changed to be highlighted a different color once it reaches a certain amount of days in que? This would help tremendously with orders reaching a too many days in que to bring a high level of attention to the lagging orders.

This request is HIGHLY needed. The age of my orders go red in less than 48 hours. My shops provide customized items that are made to order. Due to that, they have an order processing time of 5-10 business days. Having an order go red before the process has barely begun, makes the red alert color insignificant when being attentive to the age.

Please allow sellers to set there own processing time. The colors choice can stay the same but the processing time for when they change is a major issue when different sellers have different time frames.

seems like a strange thing to just assume everyone has the same lead time. weird oversight to still have not fixed so many years after the request had been placed
