I've been dealing with a problem where I cannot clear the checkboxes in some cases. Here's how I replicate it:
- In the list of orders, check the box next to an order
- Click the order number to pop up the order details
- Close the order details window
- Click the checked box. The check does not clear.
Does anyone else see this? I submitted a case to Shipstation support, never heard back from them, and the case was marked as "Solved" despite receiving no communication and the bug not being, you know, fixed.
