I can show combine options in my lower dashboard. It would be nice to have the ability to quick combine from there without having to select each customer and combine. We combine about 2-4% of our orders I would guess.
On a daily basis, I have many combinable orders-I have to manually click each alert to combine.
Would be great to have an option-"Combine all combinable" or even better-have it automated that combines automatically if choose to...
Instead of receiving alerts of potential orders to merge (which is a nice feature), I would like to take this a step further. I would like the system to be able to validate that the orders have the same customer name and ship to address and automatically merge them.
Orders should be automatically combined as long as the shipping addresses AND shipping methods are identical. You don't want to accidentally combine an overnight order with a ground order and the package show up late... or excessively heavy and inflate the overnight cost.
We really need this feature asap! We have a store that can get up to 1200 orders a day and need to be able to auto combine orders going to the same address.
We definitely wouldn't want this automated.. Easy enough to do if needed, rarely need. And depending on the products/box sizes etc many can't be combined, so definitely wouldn't want this automated... As an option, sure, but not automatic
I do have between 50 to 150 combine order notifications everyday and it is taking too much time to combine them all one by one. I was wondering if shipstation is working on this future that I can make the work process little faster. maybe selecting all and as long as address and names matches just combine them automatically with one button.
Please let me know if this possible anytime soon.

Would be useful if part of the feature was a simple way to revert the automatic action. I can see certain cases where having it do that automatically would be helpful and others not really. Or if the notification was more visible in the order itself. The "alert" in the upper right hand corner is better than nothing, but can be overlooked.
since i rely on employees that can't notice names and addresses are the same, and we offer free shipping on amazon, customers don't care if they place 3 orders within minutes. and then I have to worry if the workers will have enough sense to combine them. so yes, this needs to be a thing
Need this combine shipments functionality to work for Amazon orders (marketplace) that are from same customer, same address, but different phone numbers since Amazon is replacing customer phone numbers with generic forwarding numbers that have unique extensions.........
Would really like to see this. We combine at least 10 orders a day, so over 70 a week. Not really anytime that we wouldn't want to combine orders going to the same place.
We have over 25,000 orders coming in. This should already be a feature, same address, same customer name, should be able to click a button and see a list of orders (sorted by name or address) and check box them all and then click AUTO COMBINE.
Can you imagine doing 25k orders manually combining them? If this feature is not implemented ASAP, we are actively searching for a shipping platform that has this feature already and will use that company's platform in a heartbeat. No way do I want to combine 25k orders manually (2 by 2). No way do I want to spend the additional shipping costs to ship them separately. This is an easy fix with the right programmer. Please fix this now.
I need to combine sometimes thousands of orders (2 by 2). Doing this manually is a joke.
Yes, sometimes you don't want to combine orders. This should be a function we can manually use as needed. A simple button (Auto combine) and check box those we want auto combined.
Is this a feature yet? I have a dedicated fanbase and I combine at least 5-10 orders per day average, but sometimes I do them in batches of 100+... I need this feature so badly
we have thousands of orders in our shipstation currently. It would be extremely helpful to be able to hit a button, which would then scan the orders, finds all orders that are eligible to be combined (same exact name and shipping address.. same name but different address would NOT be eligible to be combined) and then shows you them as eligible to be combined. At this point you would have the option to manually unselect any orders you DONT want combined, and after that hit the combine button, at which point any order you did not de-select, would automatically be combined. We love the product, but are considering competitors products that have this option as we are tasked to do this manually way too often and it is time consuming and prone to errors.
