combining orders also combines shipping paid

Shipstation already combines orders fairly well however, it does not total up the amount paid in shipping across all 2+ orders.  This information would be helpful so my packers are not having to sort back through each order in shopify to confirm if the customer paid too much (or too little).  We refund any excess shipping that is paid since many orders when combined cut down on overall shipping cost compared to when they are shipped individually.
