Customizable Pick List

Totally agreed... please develop every feature with CLOTHING in mind... product options are critical in shipping details, the size of a shirt defines it's packaging weight... product options can't simply be ignored, ever.

Hello, "hauteandrebellious" - Your "options" in Shopify are controlled by the product variant. As each variant is represented by a different sku, they are treated as individual products (instead of a single product with different options). The variant name is always appended to the product name at the end of the product title. "hipsoul" - It looks like your ZenCart store has been around a while and may not be using the latest ZenCart/ShipStation module that imports product options. Options to configure where the columns and fields are placed on the list itself would be great.

There are MANY disjointed threads on here requesting the same thing... please add your votes for requests like this to other (similar) threads that already have the momentum / multiple votes... it's more effective that way. Unfortunately, the request for a proper pick-list system has close to 60 votes right now... but they're all spread out among one-offs like this, which get little to no attention... a bit of a shame really. The current pick system is so restricted and/or convoluted it requires us to completely change our fulfillment model, which is a big deal, so we're still not using ShipStation yet. We've been waiting patiently for an update to this part of the service... ShipStation devs are well aware of the problems (and the votes behind it), but everything takes time I suppose. Even so, votes are a good reminder to the dev team... as long as the vote doesn't get lost in the ether, kinda like this one. :(

It would be extremely useful to show ebay item numbers on pick list. Similar to the way it shows SKU for Amazon orders. This would save our company a great deal of time. Thanks for your consideration.

The Products tab of ShipStation merges all the items I see together based on similar SKU. So if I sell the same product on multiple sales channels (e.g. Shopify and Amazon) they are only listed once each in the Product list. For some reason in the pick list they are all listed separately. So if I have orders for the same item on different channels, it lists them all separately on the pick list. I would like to see them merged like the product list. I don't know if this request is part of the general "Customizable Pick List" or should be its own feature.

Would like to be able to customize pick lists. We have them print out our thermal printer with a batch and you need a microscope to view the text. I need to customize these and increase the font size.

Would be very helpful to be able to customize pick lists much in the same manner as packing slips are customizable. (In particular, I need to be able to add a "Customer Notes" column.) Thank you!

we need to sort it by location number we don't want to run to the front and pick one item and run to the back to pick another item.

If the SKU could be bold and the quantity of the products moved in front of SKU while keeping the products in order based on the SKU this would be helpful as well.

Yes. Need to see the QTY for each order number for same item. When there are more than one orders contain a product, in pick list you will show all the order numbers under that product. But can you show the QTY next to the order number? For example there are two orders 1001 and 1002. In order 1001 customer order three product ABC, and in order 1002 customer order two product ABC. In pick list you just show order number 1001 and 1002 under product ABC, but don't show how many pieces for each order. I wondering can you make it like 1001(3),1002(2) so that after we pick up products we can know how many pieces we should assign for each order.

My employees miss QTY marks every once and a while because they are tiny on our pages. Really need this to be implemented so that I can make that bigger.

The ability to save a Pick List in a non- static PDF form such as excel or csv would be the most helpful in customizing the Pick List to each individuals liking. Then you can put in any order you wish. Highlight commonly missed items. Bold, italicize or enlarge fonts etc. I don't want to spend another $50 to purchase an online converter just for simple Pick Lists. Having a Pick List as only a PDF is absolutely useless to my business.

I would love the ability to customize pick list. Also, the ability to embed html into it. For example, the ability to put a hexidecimal color into the warehouse location to match color tags would be great!

At the very least, the ability to add custom fields to the pick list. We use "Custom 2" to pass a cable SKU, which matches the customer's existing hardware.

We love the idea of the Pick List, we'd just like it to be able to print it by different criteria, such as item name, location, etc.. We sell tons of miniatures spread across a large warehouse, so when it only sorts things by how many sold, it doesn't help as much as it potentially could.

add batch # on the header and page # to print on all pages how hard that can be to do it. If you guys can not do this in record time all I can say bad news for you your competition will crush you sooner or later.
