Different Printing Setups Apply to Different Users

still waiting on this functionality. Might be the year we finally ditch shipstation

Really doesn't make any sense that this hasn't been updated. Seemingly a simple user-based fix.

Yes to all of this, just to mention that different print settings for users/warehouses should also include different ship from warehouse location settings. It's quite frustrating that this also gets switched back from each warehouse. But the different label size is super crucial. 

Please add this already. It would be game changing for us.

I can't believe this hasn't been implemented yet.  There are 6 pages of comments going back to 2015 asking for this feature.  ShipStation should at least respond to this thread and say why they can't/won't put this feature in.

We just spent money on a thermal printer and now we can't realistically use it because our return labels cannot be sent to the customer in the 4x6 format. Customers don't print on thermal printers, but regular 8.5" x 11" 

As I've been troubleshooting this week, I'm a little surprised that it's not available as an option. When I look at https://ship.shipstation.com/settings/printing, the setting for Labels is the same for Labels and Return Labels.

I'm surprised because there has to be a lot of SS users that emails labels to customers that use thermal printers for their outgoing labels, but need a common layout for return labels. Turns out this request has been desired from users for the past 9 years? WOW! Nothing done yet....

Obviously we can't be sending customers labels that are printing out to be 10" tall

adding to say that I would appreciate this ability as well. Please add it as feature!
