Do not use shipstation insurance, you will waist all this money.

I did several claims with packages insured and having problems with those

and I didn't received  1 reply for the claims I did. 

Don't use their insurance.

Do you mean Shipsurance?

We have been exluded from coverage.. in our case they kept moving the goal post and coming up with new requirements (most recently stating that the person completing the already ridiculous online affidavit had a different IP address than the delivery address..  so we left some truthful reviews about their sketchy tactics.  They asked us to edit remove the reviews and when we didn't they sent us a letter saying they would exclude us.  Shipstation should seriously consider one of the better providers like U-Pic or Shipcover as Shipsurance is an absolute scam.

100% True Shipsurance is a scam. When you file a claim they ask for tons of documentation and require you to have already filed a claim with the carrier. Ship Station is not longer offered but guess what, ParcelGuard is the same company - just rebranded. Stick with carrier insurance.
