Ebay Delivery Guarantee
Ebay has introduced a new "Delivery Guarantee" that offers us the ability to guarantee delivery time OR handling time for packages.
If we choose the Guaranteed Handling Time option, Ebay will guarantee the delivery, and if it's late, they'll refund the customer the shipping. The only catch is they are (so far) going to require we use Ebay labels to print postage for packages, which is time consuming versus using ShipStation. Could your API developers please reach out to Ebay and see if we could get ShipStation as a "qualified provider" so we can keep using SS and still be part of the "Delivery Guarantee program?"

Really disappointed Shipstation was not on top of this. Do you really expect any of your ebay sellers to continue using your service? As much as I love shipstation, There is no way I will allow my ebay sales to fall due to shipstations lack of integration of this feature.
Need the API asap because eBay SG must be used by 9/15.
If SHIP STATION don't catch features for marketplaces, we have to leave SS soon, especially Amazon FBA taking over 50% of my shipments.
Not integrating with the Delivery Guarantee will be a big blow to Ebay sellers like our company. We will be forced to weigh other shipping platforms if this is not resolved quickly! Shipstation needs to be a qualified provider, please work on this ASAP!
Yes, we are looking at Shippo and Shiprush, at this time since it does not appear that you have an immediate plan of getting this done. Both Shippo and ShipRush offer it. Shippo is currently free for eBay users as well, and Shiprush is less than Shiptation.
This should be automatic. As users of your platform we expect you to be on top of the most important required integrations such as this. eBay is saying Shipstation is not a eBay Shipping Platform Partner and this is causing people to move look at moving to Shiprush and Shippo! Please make this a top priority
There are now about 6 threads on the Ebay guaranteed delivery forum about including ShipStation as a viable solution for meeting Guaranteed Delivery requirements. Any progress from SS end, or can we sellers somehow help by doing something with Ebay?
Seeing as eBay is rolling this out on the front end in a couple days, can we get an update on when this may be available with ShipStation? Otherwise, we will have to move over to Shippo or Shiprush for all of our eBay orders at the very least.
Agree with the chorus of comments. We're cheering for you Shipstation Team because Unfortunately this is becoming a necessity really quickly and I would really hate to have to use 2 platforms specially because Shipstation's UI is soo much better than the other 2 "qualified providers"

There is no questioning the importance of this add. We will be forced to switch platforms if not implemented very soon. Our competition will pull away shortly as this is not allowing us to compete on the same level. This is very surprising less favorable platforms like ShipRush and Shippo are ahead of Shipstation on this feature???? This should be an absolute embarrassment:(
Looking forward to seeing Shipstation for eBay Delivery Guarantee so we do not have to look elsewhere.
We love working with Shipstation, but will also have to consider other platforms--this feature is very important for our business. Please keep working on this!!!!
I vote for this as well.. Shippo and Shiprush can't beat you guys, come on!!! Don't let them pull your customers away!
ShipStation - It's been almost 1 month since your last post on 8/30/17 that you are "still reviewing the eGD". Please provide an UPDATE on where you stand on this issue. If you do not plan to participate in the ebay Guaranteed Delivery - than do not hold your customers in limbo and say so.
I just don't get it.... Why the heck would shipstation not be included? Is it because Shipo and Shiprush are using Pitney Bowws API and Shipstation is owned by Stamps.com which is Pitneys competition? Or is it that Shipstation did not want to kick back money to ebay from every sale like those 2 companies do? Either Way, if shipstation does not become part of the Delivery Guarantee I know about 10-12 shipstation users that are jumping to Shiprush!
So interfacing with eBay for Guaranteed Delivery labels was under review on Aug 15. Is there any progress on this? I don't want to have to switch shipping platforms.
Hi Admin, It's been months since you last commented on this. Any update? Ebay is putting the pressure on, as far as guranteed deliveries go.
Shipstation informed me that you interface with eBay for the Guaranteed Delivery Door to Door Option. Can you please consider becoming a shipping platform for the handling time option?
