Our orders imported from Ebay have the VAT calculations on however they do not automatically import Ebays IOSS VAT number for shipments.
The information is there listed on the Ebay order and it should be pulled through into Shipstations Tax identifiers for orders automatically.

Thanks for being a part of our community and for this Idea. Our team is currently working on getting the IOSS VAT number to Import into ShipStation.
While we do not have an ETA to provide, it would not be unreasonable to expect this to be completed in early 2022.

Thanks for your comment. Currently, the best way to have IOSS VAT numbers is in our International Settings. You would add the IOSS numbers in the international settings and set up an automation rule for eBay orders to apply the IOSS number.
