Hi,
Customs and IOSS information is currently submitted electronically when using Royal Mail with Ship Station, but not when using our own integrated OBA account.
We send all Royal Mail parcels on our own account to make use of our negotiated prices, services and collection, but some of our orders are to European countries which require customs information to be sent electronically and this is not currently possible.
Please could this feature be added?
