We are using the SS API to post reseller orders that come to us via pdf. Works great. However, we embed backorder status into the sku name field (the part description best i can tell) along with the resellers description for the product. I would like to be able to pull this data into the order acknowledgement template that is sent out by SS when the order is placed.
