Please Shipstation - This is a must!!!! Have been with Shipstation for several years and love it, however we will need to look at other shipping software if support for this isn't added really soon. If we have to go thru all the Etsy orders looking for gift messages & gift wrapping, we may as well use Etsy to ship.

'+1, this is an essential feature. When we don't have access to it on ShipStation, we need to manually visit and notate each order on Etsy which defeats much of the purpose of using ShipStation as our integration partner.

We would applaud an integration with Etsy that allows for Gift Messages to be brought into ShipStation! Currently a very cumbersome task. Thanks!

I'm currently on a free trial of ShipStation. Without this feature for my etsy orders, I'm afraid I can't use this service. It defeats the purpose. It really is a must have feature.

'+2 to obviousstate's comment. This is essential to processing actual orders. This is not a 'feature request'. Without this information pulled in, it defeats the purpose of using Shipstation since we have to go into Etsy to get the gift message. Additionally, Shipstation does not bring in the "giftwrap" line item on each order. So when a customer orders giftwrap, the total dollar amount of the order does not match up with what was paid.

Etsy said its all set up just waiting on ShipStation to get through its other projects and come back to update their Etsy API - Very important feature, Super High Priority!

Our company has just integrated Etsy to our ShipStation account and have the gift info carry over would be beneficial.

Very high priority to get sorted. It's currently useless to have Etsy connected with ShipStation as the information migrated across is not reliable and all orders currently have to be cross-referenced with Etsy Store.

Please please please add this feature. I've left out too many gift notes because they don't get imported to ship station. I'd LOVE to see this get added!

Can we have an update? Is this feature coming? Shipstation will be next to useless for me if I don't have this by the time the holidays come around. I spent too much time last year bouncing between Etsy and Shipstation to check gift wrapping and messages. I'd rather just open up my orders from each of my channels if that ends up being the case since it would introduce less room for errors. Thanks!

I just talked with both Etsy and ShipStation support about this gift order integration. Etsy set up all the necessary Etsy API calls back in September 2017. I reminded ShipStation of this and sent them a link to all the necessary code. ShipStation does already offer gift order support for some platforms (Amazon is a good example). Although Etsy provided the gift order update a year ago, ShipStation has not taken the time integrated this feature. Their support team was unable to provide an ETA for this. I suppose at this point the only way to get this feature integrated is by it receiving more votes on this feedback forum.

I also spoke to both Etsy and Shipstation support about the gift wrap/gift message integration. It would be great to have this properly setup ASAP as I am getting complaints from buyers when I missed the gift messages. It is really time consuming to go back and forth on both Etsy and Shipstation just to double check for Gift Messages, when the sole purpose of using Shipstation is to save time.

Please add this! I have missed adding gift messages and gift wrapping on orders before because of this. It's really embarrassing and bad for business to have to tell a customer I forgot to take the price off and add their gift note. This seems like it should be a SUPER easy add. Please consider this ShipStation!!

It's been a year and this still hasn't been implemented. It's a shame. I will need to start looking at other shipping software.

It would be great to import this gift request feature from etsy. We could use an automation to change the packing slip on all "gift" orders so that the price is always hidden. Would also be an easy way to sort and notice any gift requests to make sure they are packed properly. If Etsy has provided the API data, why hasn't shipstation at least activated the "gift" order tag (icon) that they already have in place?

PLEASE!! Before the holiday season would be wonderful!! I vote 10000000 for this!

YES. I am missing Etsy gift messages because they are not coming through into Shipstation. I operate 3 Etsy shops, a Shopify Shop and Amazon.ca/.com. I do not have time to log into each one individually, so that is why I decided to pay for Shipstation. Please, please, please import this information so I can manage my orders efficiently. Thank you!

We have been with Shipstation for quite a few years and overall very happy but this is really ridiculous that they have not integrated this yet.
