Facebook made some updates on their shop. Our company is starting to take this platform more serious. I wanted to know if shipstation can start working on a Facebook shop integration

    We have also started expanding into Facebook usage for custom request orders. Would be nice to have a 'reliable' way to import the customer's address information at least.

    There is an option through zapier.com which can automatically send new orders from facebook (or instagram) shops to shipstation. However, it doesn't update the order (status, tracking #, carrier) when shipped, so you need to do that manually for now. This might be a good interim solution depending on your store vaolume. https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-shops/integrations

    Can someone from the company please respond to this request. Facebook Marketplace is a mainline of commerce for me and I want to stay with ShipStation. I would love to just have a way to import the addresses at a minimum.

    We too are using Facebook and Instagram as a selling avenue. ShipStation needs to update their practices to include this as a channel.

    Would love to see this integration done, as we use Facebook/Instagram Shopping as well! I have several friends who could benefit from this alone.

    I have only 1 listing on facebook market place, and I already have some orders there, I hope shiptation will support facebook market place soon

      I had to manually print 300+ orders yesterday, there is no way to get a CSV or Excel sheet direct from them that I can find either...

      Facebook Marketplace is going to be the next big thing.. I can see Ebay going under in a couple years because of it.

        Facebook Shop is here, it is time to add the integration for both it and Instagram Shop into Shipstation

          @jhutchi  you can use the "Download Order History" feature in Facebook Shop when you look at your orders and download them as a CSV, and then manually import them into ShipStation by building the appropriate mappings, but it would certainly be easer to just have a direct integration from ShipStation.

          That's for Facebook Business Shops, I am referring too the actual Facebook Marketplace where you don't have a shop, you just list and sell.

          We are doing a few thousand sales a week, the option to download a file is only if you have a Facebook Business page and have set up a Shop/Store and make sales through it.

          Just chatted with a SS rep. They have no plans for a Facebook integration. Makes no sense

          Please for the love of GOD integrate with Facebook marketplace. We ship 200-400 packages a month just on FBM & I absolutely HATE manually inputting these orders.

          It took over two years of complaining about Walmart.ca not being integrated. I think we'll all be waiting another two years on this one

          It was taken into "consideration" in November of 2021, so ....hopefully they are actively working on this and other social media marketplaces? 

          Come on SHipstation...you're leaving a huge gap in service for other services to jump into!

          Facebook has finally hired (or fired) the right people to make their e-commerce machine work. Orders coming through and Shipstation ignores it. Come on, it's not like there are 100 new marketplaces that have to be integrated first. Crazy

          FYI, if you have a Shopify store, there is an app by CED Commerce that will import your orders from Facebook

          Not sure where this stands with shipstation at the moment but YES PLEASE SHIPSTATION, PLEASE ADD FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM SHOPS!!  This integration is a must for so many people. WE NEED THIS!!!!
