Please add support for generating a USPS End-of-Day manifest / SCAN Form for Amazon orders when the merchant’s own USPS account is linked to Amazon and used with negotiated NSA rates.
Our USPS account is linked to Amazon so labels can be purchased using our own negotiated USPS NSA rates. However, when these Amazon orders are processed through Amazon or ShipStation, there is currently no way to generate the corresponding USPS End-of-Day / SCAN Form.
We would like ShipStation to support:
- Recognizing Amazon USPS shipments using the merchant’s linked USPS account and NSA rates.
- Including those shipments in the ShipStation End-of-Day process.
- Generating the applicable USPS SCAN Form / manifest for those shipments.
This is particularly important for high-volume Amazon FBM sellers using their own USPS negotiated-rate accounts. Without this functionality, merchants may have hundreds of USPS packages but no practical way to generate a consolidated USPS acceptance SCAN Form.
Requested functionality: Allow Amazon USPS shipments associated with the merchant’s linked USPS account to be included in ShipStation End of Day and generate a USPS SCAN Form.
