As others have stated, big box retailers such as Target and Bed Bath & Beyond require FedEx Ground shipments to go out Collect. I'm surprised that since the first comment in 2016 this hasn't been actioned. For now we have to go to FedEx.com to create these shipping labels, creating extra steps ShipStation was supposed to eliminate.

One of my big clients has recently switched to FedEx Ground Collect and requires that I use this method for shipping. Please add this to the FedEx integration.

we also need UPS collect for some of our customers - is this going to be added anytime soon?

One of the biggest retailers out there, Walmart, requires that you ship Fedex Ground Collect to their DCs. If you have Walmart as a marketplace option, this shipping option is imperative to be able to fulfill their orders. Thanks in advance!

I am required to use Fedex Ground Collect for shipments to Medline. Please add to Shipstation.

I'm surprised that you don't offer the FedEx Ground Collect service. We now have to have these separated out by our automation solution and process them manually. Considering that the majority of our retailers require this option and do not want to provide the account number, it would make sense to have this available to us in ShipStation

Walmart requires FedEx Ground Collect service for small parcel shipments going to their DCs. It would be a huge help to have this feature in Shipstation. Please add!

Need to an easier way to add customer collect account numbers. We are using automations; however, that is quite time consuming. If SHIPSTATION could more easily save customer account numbers for 3rd party billing that would be awesome!

New to Shipstation but have found that you are missing fedex ground collect option. Have a few customers that I ship to have it as a mandatory shipping requirement. If we use any other methods, there will be a chargeback. As for workflow goes, the idea behind using Shipstation is to have 1 portal for all my shipping needs. This one glaring omission forces us to jump out of the screen and use a second program. I then have to manually enter the tracking detail back into my website, thus forcing 3 steps whcih I could have finished in 1 step. Please get this updated ASAP. Thank you

Does anyone know how to add the postage amount to FedEx collect orders automatically? Right now the only option is to use the order total amount, but we just want to charge the customer the shipping cost not the whole cost of the order.

This feature is an absolute MUST HAVE. My retailers demand FedEx Ground Collect. If not, there will be chargebacks. What's the status on getting this done?

I'm having the same issue with some major accounts requiring we ship Fedex Collect. COD seems to be an option but the amount that populates is the total amount for the order and not the shipping cost. When we change that extra labels are printed out for COD and to mail the check to our location but this wasn't the case when shipping on Fedex. It would ship collect and I am assuming the cost of the shipment was paid to Fedex once delivered.

The fact that this hasn't been added since it was first proposed in 2016 is crazy to me. One of the main benefits to using Shipstation was to have one platform to replace all of the individual systems we're using. Several of our large accounts (a significant portion of our shipments) require FedEx Ground Collect. For those shipments, we have to use FedEx Ship Manager instead, which in our experience, has failed and created errors in really inopportune times.

Not having Fedex Ground Collect is the main reason we have not switched over to ShipStation yet. Some of our major accounts require Fedex Ground Collect and not having that option on ShipStation has prevented us from making that transition. Please add this feature so we can make the jump over to ShipStation.

From 2017 their response is this and they still have yet to fix this? LMAO. Can you imagine another tech company not fixing something so blatant as this? I'm going to move on from Shipstation soon. This is really unacceptable and silly. They're a MAJOR shipping company!

I see that this was brought up in 2016 and responded to in 2017. It appears to be still an issue, it is for me. It is now 2020 what are the updates from ShipStation?

Please add fedex collect... it is a requirement for several of our big box stores.

We are now using shiprush to process Fedex Ground collect shipments. The more we integrate with shiprush the less need we will have for shipstation. Please get this fixed or lose a customer.

Can you please add the option for FedEx Ground Collect option to be included in an Automation rule?

IM LOOSING HUNDERDS OF $ PER MONTH DUE TO THIS OPTION NOT BEING AVAILABLE - IS THAT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON????? HELLO????
