It would be helpful to have order and shipment data combined in a single report to see what you've shipped, to whom, and all associated costs.

    Hi EverbriteCoatings,

    You can actually do this right now

    By creating a Custom Export from your Shipments tab, 

    Here is how to set it up:

    1. Go to your Shipments tab.

    2. Select the shipments you want to report on (or filter by date range).

    3. Click Export Shipments at the top of the grid.

    4. In the pop-up window, click Create a New Format.

    5. Give it a name 

    6. Now, just drag and drop the fields you need into your file! You can grab order data and combine it with shipment data 

    7. Click Save and then export your data.

    This will give you one clean spreadsheet with exactly the data points you need to calculate your costs per customer! Let me know if I misunderstood your request.
