If you're going to label a # on the Insights Overview page as a Shipped Orders #, then please report how many orders actually shipped during the designated timeframe. I don't want to know how many orders have an order date within my designated timeframe that now show a Status of Shipped. I want to know how many orders I actually shipped during the designated timeframe. It's not that complicated. That's just common sense right there. If your label said Oranges, why would you include apples in with that #?
If you're going to report the # of orders that were placed during a given timeframe that now show a status of Shipped, then change the title of that stat or provide an asterisk that clarifies what number is actually being represented there. You are providing misleading information and that really messes with my ability to crunch my numbers with accuracy.
