Our company produces and ships from Canada, but our return facility is in the US.
Being able to return all order to our return facility with the return portal would be, so much easier than our current solution...

I agree with this! We went with Shipstation because the UPS website struggles to function well at our office. Maybe it's our internet but still. We would love to be able to do EVERYTHING in one single program. That's why we moved to ShipStation, but sometimes we still need to use an outside source because of this. It would be a great feature to add! I found another post about this and voted on it too. I'm voting in as many places as possible because we would love this function!
Has there been any updates on International Returns? I am based in Canada and have to create all the return labels from scratch on the DHL portal, very annoying and time consuming.
Please consider adding international returns. Currently we have no good / cost effective way to get our shipmens back from dissastified international customers. It is a rare occurance but when it does happen we are generally out of luck and have to refund the customer and let them keep the part.
The issue of international returns was first raised on this thread on 2023 and yet 2 years on and you still don't offer this service, while other UK based similarly priced fulfilment software companies do. You seem to be resting on your laurels. This is now a requirement for me, so will start looking at other providers.
