Links on line item properties

I have a link that is generated on the line item properties via the app Zakeke.

 

In shopify this link is clickable and will allow the user to view the generated files.

 

However when this data gets imported into shipstation it is imported as a text list. Removing the link entirely.

 

This puts a hamper on our workflow as we use this link to print the custom design and having to select the link manually adds increased risk of misinput or fatigue reducing accuracy.

 

I would like to suggest that we add an option to make this text import as the relevant object rather than just as text.

Hi MILKGG,

Thank you for laying this out so clearly! 

Since ShipStation currently imports line item properties as plain text strings rather than clickable hyperlinks, I went ahead and moved this post over to our Ideas section so other print-on-demand and custom-goods sellers can vote on it.

I’ve also shared this use case directly with our Integrations team so they can see how supporting clickable links in order item properties would streamline custom fulfillment!
