Longer description in Inventory History

On the inventory page, when I manually add or remove inventory under actions tab by clicking minus or plus, it allows me to write a note about it as well. Afterwards when I try to see the notes, I click on the item, and click on History to see all the actions. However in this history page, it only shows the first 2 words of the action note, which is not enough. I hope you can allow us to click on the note to see the full note to remember why we removed that inventory.
