Hello,
The low-stock threshold alerts would be massively more valuable if they sent an email notification, or even better if they connected with Slack to ping our inventory channel.
Please implement something to handle this.

I concur, Slack integration would be a nice feature.
Email notifications would be phenomenal in this respect. Either being able to set up email notifications when the stock first drops below the reorder threshold, or through scheduled emails that can send an alert on all low stock items on a regular cadence.
I agree, an alert on low inventory levels seems like a no brainer, Im surprised ShipStation missed this one.
