When we create a shipment, on every iteam we add an option with a URL that points to an app to customize the product. Right now, the URL appears on the order view page but is not clickable, the operator needs to copy & paste it, this is slow and error prone. Ideally, the UI should detect that there’s a URL (using a simple regex, for example) and make it clickable, similar to what most email clients or word editors do when you type a URL. This would speed up our operations quite a lot and we believe it should be quite easy to implement.
Attaching a screenshot of what I mean, see that “formula_link” option that is a URL, if that was clickable it would be great.
