Would be very nice to have. Currently we have to pay $20 per week to have an automatic pickup from UPS. With the UPS Smart Pick up, would only be $10 per week saving $10 per week!!

PLEASE make this a feature! This has been KEY to our small business and right when we switched to ShipStation we have been missing pick ups left and right!

We like to create returns where UPS makes 3 attempts to pick up, rather than sending a label through email. We still have to do that through world ship because shipstation doesn't offer that option

Please add the ups smart pick up feature to ship station!

Now that USPS pickup was added to shipstation yesterday, it's time to add manual or smart UPS pick up as well please. Shipping perfection is near! Yes, we'd love to be able to use ShipStation to order UPS pickups. Best case scenario: When we print a UPS label through shipstation we get automatic pickup. Would like to stop paying UPS a weekly fee for this option and have it included for free in our monthly Shipstation subscription.

The whole point of getting Ship Station is to cut time off my shipping and now I see I will need to login to UPS anyway??????? Rodney

Ship station really should try and get this integrated!

We ship UPS multiple times a week. Using this system would improve workflow.

I thought I needed this feature but since it wasn't available I just scheduled a daily pickup for I think it's $11 a month. If you don't have packages, I either text/call the driver to be courteous to let him know there's no pickup but most of the time we have a package so maybe 1 day out of 5 we won't have a pickup which wouldn't really upset anyone I don't think. I only seeing this necessary if you're shipping out 1 or 2 packages a week, but if that's the case you should just log in and schedule it if you don't want to pay $11 a month or whatever it is.

I got an email from UPS saying they figure I can save $247 a year by using smart pickup instead of my daily pickup. Since I don't have packages every day but have many items go out multiple times a week, this makes a really compelling service for us. Please look into supporting it!

Please implement, we will stay with Worldship for the time being for UPS shipments however it we will look forward to that time where the feature is available in ShipStation.

We need ShipStation to be as efficient as the old site we used. We don't want to go back to Unishippers just to request a pickup. Please add!

Hi @Stephanie. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Currently there are no new updates on this feature being integrated from UPS. Third party applications like ours do not have access to this feature. For this feature to be added within ShipStation, this would need to be authorized first by UPS.
