Make use of UPS's smart pick up feature.

Please I need a Smart Pickup integration feature.

Please integrate pickup scheduling via UPS. Since Shipstation is already communicating with UPS.com anyways, it would be incredibly useful if we didn't have to remember to manually create our "smart pickups" every day. Just a toggle at the time of creating a label asking if you would like to schedule a pickup for this shipment would be great!

Not having UPS Smart Pickup built in is a huge break down in shipping efficiency for those of us who ship UPS frequently but not everyday. Please add.

Thanks for looking into this. It would be a great boon to our workflow if this gets incorporated! We have had many instances where we have missed our cutoff time for scheduling pick ups because we used to have pick ups scheduled automatically at time of label creation. Effectively, the time saved by Shipstation integration is somewhat decreased because an employee must manually create a smart pick up and if it is not done in time, then an employee has to spend extra time taking it to UPS at the end of the day.

Just adding my vote. How strange is it that this is not integrated? Does any one know i fedx has a similar option that IS integrated?

Is there any future for this or should we look elsewhere?

Please add UPS Smart Pickup! Hard to believe this feature is not already included, I had no idea until the driver didn't come that day.

This is a baseline necessity for UPS! The option is so easy in their app that the interface cannot be too difficult to bridge. PLEASE get this done!

This should be done! Makes no sense to not have this as a feature.

We love that SHipstation has lower rates for UPS shipping. But we wish that we could have the ability for Shipstation to notify UPS when a label is created so that the driver knows to come while we are busy filling orders.

We are new to Shipstation and use UPS smart pickup. We have to ship one UPS package via UPS Worldship in order to request a UPS smart pickup. Why can't Shipstation implement this feature? According to their customer feedback, this has been requested since 2013.

This would be a very helpful feature, I'm very surprised it wasn't a default feature years ago. For shippers who don't always have a lot of volume but still want daily pickups this could save about $20 over daily pickup in any week where you're not hitting the shipping threshold to get the lower daily pickup rate). Everyone that's using Shipstation is doing so to simplify their workflow, so when there is a standard feature that UPS offers to further simplify workflows, it'd be a great thing to add. I'm sure there are a lot of users who are always well above the shipping volume where Smart pickup is even relevant but for the smaller customers, this would be helpful. I'm sure you could run the data on how many of your users have a shipping volume in the range where it could help. Perhaps it's just not that many in the end??

Please implement UPS Smart Ship asap!

currently UPS Smart Ship is hit or miss if you schedule the pick up through the UPS website. We can go several days where I have to call and have a driver come back because it doesn't schedule properly through the website unless you use WorldShip to ship the packages. An integration to add this service would be awesome.

Please implement this. It potentially cuts the monthly overhead of using UPS in half.

Yes, this absolutely needs to be integrated. It is my understanding that UPS offers their Smart Pickup API to the public.

We REALLY need this function two. We generate labels and then have to call to let them know we have packages going out. With Smart Pickup the driver is automatically notified, if we create the label on the UPS website. I really hope this can be added to the system.
