Multi package rate quotes

Hi there,

To clarify how this works in ShipStation, you can calculate multi-package rates from inside an active order (by clicking “Add Package” in the order's shipping panel and selecting the rate calculator icon).

However, the standalone toolbar Rate Calculator at the top of your screen only supports single-package quotes.

If you need a quick multi-box estimate without shipping immediately, the best workaround today is to create a quick manual order (Orders > New Order), add your packages to check the combined rate, and then delete or hold the order when you're done.

We know creating a temporary order just to check rates is an extra hurdle. While our product team is aware of the request to bring multi-package options directly into the toolbar calculator, it isn't currently scheduled for an upcoming release, so I am keeping this thread In Consideration.
