When a user cancels an order in Shipstation, Shipstation should call the endpoint setup in the selling channel just like it does when a tracking number is available and pass order status cancelled. This should be a very easy mod for Shipstation developers and it would save my company thousands of man hours per year. Right now we have to train hundreds of warehouse workers to use multiple systems which is really NOT good or efficient. Cancel means cancel.
Please add this feature. This would benefit every Shipstation user.
