Over 18 Signature Required and Card for Pickup options both need to be selectable at the same time

In Canada the law requires that all firearms ship Over 18 Signature Required.  When a customer also requests the Card For Pickup option it drops the Over 18 signature required.

It would be really helpful if ShipStation would allow both of these options at the same time.
