To be able to attach a picture of the package being shipped showing items in box, before it is shipped and attached to the order being worked on. In case customer says an item wasn't included in box you can go back and look at picture of box of what was in the box that was shipped. But have multiple pictures also for multiple boxes for an order.

I'm looking for this exact feature as well. It seems it's not currently available. I’d like to request that the priority of adding this feature to the platform be elevated.
how are you all capturing images of products in the box currently at your pack stations to save them to an order? I need this feature badly. Please advise.
Would this just be for record keeping within Shipstation? So like sending a picture from phone to Shipstation, and it saves the image as a url in a custom field?
