We use Shipstation connect to automatically send labels to our thermal printers when the label is generated, this works for 90% of our orders as they are domestic.
Problem arises when we have an international order, we have to print the label on a standard piece of paper as that's how they are generated by our postal carrier. Based on this Shipstation spits out a thermal label that's scaled tiny, then we have to login to our postal carrier website and re-print the label by sending to a normal desktop printer.
